I've been with Hickmans Family Farms for seven years. I started off as a barn cleaner and progressed to a barn worker, and from the I worked my way into a lead maintenance technician and became an assistant manager. So much I have learned in the last seven years. I'm C.P.R certified. Heavy equipment certified. Lock out, tag out certified. Forklift and pallet jack certified. I understand high production for chickens. My number one rule is safety for my team and clear line of communication. I've spent so many years in learning to assist in running a farm. I understand bio security, cleans, bird movement, strong team leader, reliable, motivated, and always making room to improve myself and production in my team.
