Since graduating and obtaining my degree I have worked various LADC case management and assessing positions. I have enjoyed being an assessor in the field by far the most. Each individual client has their own story of how they got to where they are in their life and addiction, and each individual has their own needs in regard to what will give them the help that they need. Everyone is different and there is no “one size fits all” in this field. I work hard to meet the client where they are at through out the assessment and set recommendations that will be most beneficial to the individual and their recovery.
