(March 2023-Present)

Field Training Unit 1

The purpose is to develop intentional systematic and strategic approaches to transition trainees from the field training unit to a stepdown unit. Furthermore, this plan aims to synergize foundational and FTU training into their everyday practice with families assigned to them(caseload.) This plan enhances and prepares the trainees to process CWS and eventually CPS through a series of incremental and purposeful steps.

Field Training Unit 2

There is also the Field Training Unit 2, which is a stepdown unit for new workers who have been identified for intake. I facilitate workshops, POWER, BOOST, and ELECTRIC sessions and trainings for the FTU. These sessions are different types of intensive horizontal development and skill enhancement support. This participative leadership approach also shows the trainees and the FTU Supervisor that there is transparency and a shared visionary approach.
