  • As well as work on special projects to assist with company needs
  • Take detailed documentation and specifically code complaints, compliments, product requests for the customers, stores, employees and management
  • Correct various house holding issues that cause system problems for the customers in relation to their club cards and the For You program
  • Resolve issues regarding gift cards, gift card orders & payments
