1997-March 2024 My home store was East Main St Westfield. East Main has always been a training restaurant with excellent results. I was a Neighborhood Expert and had a key role in all Front of the House training of employees as well as all Managers in Training.
2007 Selected by my Area Director Billy Greer to implement and roll out the first new complete beverage menu change for all of New England. This included daily communication with all New England North and South stores to ensure an accurate timeline and consistency amongst restaurants. The use of proper marketing materials provided, bev-nap mechanics along with proper flavor profiles, garnishing, build and presentation were some of the key focuses on this project.
