Nursing Experience

As for my clinical nursing experience, I started a leadership role as a nursing supervisor and recruiter for a pediatric homecare company in June of 2023. Prior to that, my nursing clinical experience focused on caring for the critically ill patients in the Emergency Department setting diagnosed with life threatening conditions for over 11 years. I progressed to practice as an intensive care nurse by providing bedside care in a busy 12-bed ICU unit serving open heart patients, septic patients, and other inpatient surgeries by closely monitoring patient health conditions and changes noted within baseline conditions.
