Since becoming Chair in 2025, Alternative Breaks has sent three new social justice trips, creating three new connections with community partners. Fundraising from May 2025 to May 2026 has increased by 38.14%. Through transformative leadership and one on one time spent with board members, productivity has increased and is seen through our new initiative fundraising with the professional Cincinnati Bengals NFL team.

• Chair, Alternative Breaks, Center for Faith and Justice at Xavier University, Cincinnati, OH, 2025-03-01, Discovering new trips through research, outreach to community organizations, and focus groups for trip viability., Planning and execution of three fall semester trips and six spring semester trips, with each discussing a different social justice issue in various locations across the United States and Central America., Coordinating and communicating with the financial, special events, fundraising, and membership chairs as well as the site coordinators and site leaders to continue the mission and vision of Alternative Breaks.
