Responsibilities Included: Negotiations & acquisitions of oil and gas leases, right of way easements, releases, ratifications, affidavits and various and sundry other documents; managed many different projects as a crew chief overseeing lease checks; sovereignty run sheet preparation for drill sites; curative; damage settlements; due diligence; preparation and presentation of reports to clients; intrastate right-of-way negotiations and acquisitions; and researching BLM properties and State properties.
