Kelsey Ringo

During my time in the U.S. Army, I served as a licensed 92F Petroleum Specialist, where I honed my skills and performed my duties with proficiency. I also completed Combat Lifesaver (CLS) training, enhancing my ability to support my fellow soldiers in critical situations. I earned a certificate for completing SHARP training and became a representative, demonstrating my commitment to fostering a safe and respectful environment. While deployed from November 2023 to 2024, I was awarded the Army Commendation Medal with a "C" device for my service in a combat zone, as well as the Combat Action Badge, recognizing my engagement in combat. Throughout my military career, I received five Army Achievement Medals, reflecting my dedication and contributions to the mission.

I worked in a support unit and spent time in the ADA unit, where I gained insight into their operations, including why they return fire and frequently conduct battle drills. As a support MOS, I obtained certifications to assist with RSOP, which helped me contribute effectively to our missions. Overall, my experience in the support unit deepened my understanding of military operations.

• PETROLEUM SPECIALIST - Served as a licensed Petroleum Specialist (92F) in the U.S. Army, managing fuel logistics and distribution to ensure efficient operations. This role involved the rigorous maintenance of fuel quality and inventory, directly contributing to mission readiness and troop effectiveness. Developed a strong understanding of supply chain management and logistical coordination in high-pressure environments.

• COMBAT LIFESAVER - Completed Combat Lifesaver (CLS) training, equipping the soldier to provide essential medical care in emergency situations. Enhanced unit readiness by teaching fellow soldiers critical life-saving techniques. Demonstrated a commitment to teamwork

and safety under challenging conditions, fostering a culture of preparedness and resilience.

• OPERATIONS INSIGHT - Gained comprehensive insight into military operations while serving in both support and Air Defense Artillery (ADA) units. Participated in extensive training and drills, sharpening skills in operational planning and tactical responses during conflict situations. Obtained certifications in supporting Reconnaissance and Security Operations Procedures (RSOP), bolstering the unit's capability to execute missions and ensure soldier safety.
