I’ve been In the around the Construction field my whole life. Due to my Father being a home Builder. I have been around and seen every kind of residential project. New Homes, Remodels, Roofing, landscaping, Pools,
Fencing, Concrete, as well as some smaller Commercial Projects. I have seen it all as well as Physically done it all so I know how it all is supposed to go and look as the end product. I have not bounced around to a bunch of
different Jobs, I knew from a very young age this was my profession and it has been my focus. I offer a Skillset of being willing to and able Physically work as well as make sure the Job runs smoothly, and be good at it. Not just sit around and watch people work. I feel like that sets me apart from other people in
the Super Intendant Position.

- I Talk with Clients to make sure our product is exactly what they need to be happy, give input on how to make our product align with business standards and the Clients desired project goals.
- I Establish successful protocols for day-to-day operations and long-term planning
- I Collaborate with Sub-Contractors to get the project to industry standards
- I Maintain safety onsite
- I Ask Sub-Contractors about what they need to keep Job running smoothly
- I Think ahead and get any Materials or tools needed to make the day have as much progress as possible
- I am Able and willing to use my hands and work alongside Sub-Contractors when needed
- I make sure Job-site is clean at the end of every day, and be presentable if the client shows up at any time
- Make sure dumpsters are loaded correctly, I am willing to rearrange if needed
