- Responsible for receiving parts from vendors and customers.
- Maintaining accuracy of received items and logging them into the IQMS System.
- Responsible for tagging and placement of parts in assigned locations.
- Date and maintain document records to the internal server.
- Help maintain accuracy of quotes and pick tickets for the materials side of IQMS.
- Create customer furnished PO's in IQMS.
- Receive MT's from TMP and PDC's in IMS System.
- Responsible for shipping parts to other locations and customers.
- Assist material handlers in trouble shooting the IQMS system for materials, material locations, quotes and sales orders.
- Keep track of damaged parts request sheet.
- Assist in keeping track of the part short / C/F part short in the offline/PDI tracking system.
- Fill in Team Lead for the Materials Department.
- Driving the fork lifts, delivering parts and picking up parts at TMP.
