Summary

Started a career in Commercial Real Estate in 2000 with a concentration in selling Retail Investment Properties, Multifamily properties, and leasing office space throughout the country.


With degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, a NY Brokers license, and a FL Brokers license provided the experience needed to venture into Commercial Real Estate. I understand the financial essence of a commercial Real Estate deal, both in leasing and sales, with proven experience in completed deals throughout the US, Hong Kong, England, and Dubai.
Started in commercial Real Estate at Corporate National Realty, a NY brokerage, in 2000. In 2007 moved to Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT and in 2009 partnered with two other brokers to form Corporate Commercial Realty in NY where the concentration was on Commercial Investment sales and leasing.
Dissolved the partnership in 2017 to start a company in Florida called Corporate Realty Associates LLC and Corporate Realty Advisors LLC until present.
From 2009 to 2015, had exclusively represented a Public National Company with over 2500 employees called Agilysys Inc. and represented them in all their Acquisition, Dispositions, and leasing for 90 National and International locations.
Have experience in Microsoft Office applications, CoStar, along with several other national data bases.
