• Assisted in operation and maintenance in the following systems in a 27 story 1.4 million square foot facility. We currently have 3 Cleaver Brooks 4WI-200-600-15ST Boilers@15 psi. 3 1000 and 5 ton York Chillers. Building automation system is Siemens Desigo.

Assisted in the operation and maintenance in the following systems in a seven building hospital, with 540 beds and totaling 1.5 million square feet. There are a variety of AHU units ranging from 2 tons to 50 tons of cooling. Heating systems were three Zurn Keystone 900 HP2 Drum Bent Tube Boilers. Building Automation systems included Siemens Apogee and Tritium PPCL along with all Johnson Control Panels. Controls consist of trane, carrier, siemens vav boxes ranging from ddc and pneumatic controls.

Maintenance and up keep of AHU units and AC units. Respond to hot and cold calls for patient areas.
