• Started Samayra Coffee Co. as a business-as-mission in Olympia WA. Samayra is repeatedly reported as the best coffee shop in Olympia and Thruston Co
• Started PNW Fireplaces LLC based by recognizing a opportunity in the market. Three years later we are the most and highest rated fireplace company in our region.
• Assembled a team to develop an assimilation strategy which lead to double digit increases in participation in discipleship pathways, community engagement, missions participation, and attendance.
• Led a team to rapidly transition a large church gathering to house churches during COVID lock downs. Mobilized over 200 house church leaders in 131 house churches.
• Ordained with the C&MA in 2014
• Planted Vintage Church of the C&MA in 2009 in McKinney, TX. This was a missional community done with excellence. Fastest growing church in the Southwestern District.
• Served on the Church Planting & Revitalization Committee for the Southwestern district 2014-2015.
• Certified Facilitator & Trainer- Nordstrom. Facilitated training meetings preceding corporate restructure by walking employees through a process of discovery, future-casting, and logical response to inspire buy-in.
