As a Tourism & Hospitality Management student at Middle Tennessee State University and a Front Counter Shift Leader at Chick-fil-A Murfreesboro, I have found a love for hospitality and serving guests with utmost care and excellence. My current full-time employment experience with leading my Front Counter team at arguably one of the most hospitable fast-food chains in the U.S., along with balancing my academic coursework and a 3.9 GPA, has enabled me to cultivate a high level of organization and planning skills, time management, team management, and critical thinking and leadership skills. With any role I am in, I will always bring high-level professional and interpersonal skills, along with my bright personality, to go the second mile in accomplishing company goals and serving guests with excellence.
