Joined Yogurtland as a Team Member in January, 2020. Promoted to Shift Leader within a few months. Offered manager position in August, 2023.

Manage daily cash deposits and retrieve change from the bank. Analyze sales reports and daily metrics.
Attend quarterly Yogurtland corporate meetings. Providing feedback and present new ideas to help the company grow.
Create and maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere for both staff and guests to make their overall experience at Yogurtland enjoyable and memorable.
