Additional Information
During my time working with Dr. Strader in the Heart Failure program, I have partnered with him, Michelle and Heather Mazzola in creating a workflow for Heart Failure clinic. As well as master copies of all the different information they like to give patients new to the program. Due to the growth of both the transitional program from the hospital to the growth of the Heart Failure program itself, I was able to create and have available training materials for staff members who had not worked in the heart failure program before. These materials lay the proper way to complete and document all the necessary testing administered to patients every six months in the heart failure program. As well as the reasoning behind this testing. All of this was created by myself and then approved by the heart failure team as a whole. I have found great joy and drive in being able to be part of this growing program and learn new skills. I cannot wait to learn more new skills and continue to grow within this amazing practice.
