I know I would be great addition to your team not only because I have years of experience but also because customer service is my passion, and I value the importance of customers to a business. I started in customer service when I was thirteen, assisting in a local restraunt. I continued in the customer service industry while attending college. After college, I was blessed with two wonderful boys who provided me the opportunity to start an in-home daycare. This business allowed me to learn how to balance the needs of multiple families while continuing to provide valuable care. Once my boys were school-aged, I made the jump into the business world, which taught me how to collaborate as a team, balance work deadlines and continue being an asset to customers. The skillsets I have built over the years will make me invaluable to your team. My current job has been bought out by a bigger cooperation and I worry the possibility of growth has become limited. I am willing to learn new skills and tasks to do my job well.
