Responsible for the reception area at the spa. Includes the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system and charging for services performed. Additionally assists with transitional cleaning of locker room and relaxation area as needed. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Properly open and close spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Accurately book, change and cancel spa appointments. Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves spa facilities.
• Utilize spa computers with skill and proficiency; document guest information in electronic record as directed.
• Maintain Spa Desk Bank.
• Maintain eye contact when addressing external and internal guests; develop professional and personalized relationship with regular guests. Handle guests’ questions and concerns promptly, professionally and courteously.
• Remained available 10 hours daily to respond to guest needs, complaints or inquiries

Travel throughout Texas and Louisiana to work for various, photo shoots and tv shows to style and install hair pieces, extensions, and weaves for a wide range of clientele. As a master stylist my duties are to create extravagant looks and make visions of my clientele come to life using extensions and wigs to create looks requested.

• Mixed pigments and used proper techniques to achieve desired color

• Recreate hair looks for green screen looks for cast of tv and film. Using continuity every time we film to keep each person with consistent style for reshoots during filming for full episodes and movies.

• Freelance hairstylist on a team of 12 stylist where we recreate hairstyles that the department head created for actors and actresses for pre-recorded green screen and live recording shows. Keeping fly-away under control, assisting other stylist and make up artist who need help on set keeping continuity and consistency in play. Adapting to a fast paced environment where time is limited and accuracy is a must. On down time I would straighten out working area as well as accommodate talent with hospitality request.
