Managed 25 to 30 package handlers in the unload department. Emptying 20 trailers or more. Also, training them on inbound and outbound loading for home delivery trucks.

Checked load quality, also missing scans, before FedEx delivery drivers arrived. I made sure the unload department was down by 7:30. I walked all package handlers to the clock-out machine once all packages were available for dispatch, to keep a good TLH.
