Carried out repairs such as plumbing and minor electrical works. Inclusive of changing faucets repairing toilets, changing light switches and electrical outlets.
Responsible for landscaping and yard maintenance. Including cutting lawns wetting plants repotting plants, powerwashing and sweeping.
Takes care of the procurement needs of the organisation such as consumerable items like soap and tissue paper as well as hardware items required for maintenance work.
Maintains the books and handles budgeting based on income and expenditure to ensure the profitable operation of the property.

General areas of responsibility included: Fish Stock Assessment, Reef Management, Management of the Roxborough Hyperbaric Facility, Monitoring of the Fish Processing Industry, Monitoring and Regulating the Dive Industry and the Enforcement of the provisions of the Fisheries Act and other Legal Instruments.
Organized and carried out stakeholder workshops and conferences for fishermen and other stakeholders.
Directed the formulation, implementation of strategic programs and projects of the Department.
Coordinated the preparation of the annual estimates of revenue and expenditure.
Represented the Tobago House of Assembly on Boards, Committees and Working Groups at the national level.
Chaired various committees set up to carry out the work of the organization.
Responsible for setting up and implementing the Department’s performance management system
Responsible for the procurement of high valued assets including Reef Patrol Vessels for the department from international suppliers.
Responsible for drafting Executive Council Notes for submission to the Executive Council of the Tobago House of Assembly.
Carried out risk assessment related to safety and health in the marine industry
Provided technical and scientific advice to assist in the formulation of policy on marine resources and fisheries in Tobago
Provided advice on the development of the Marine Resources and Fisheries Industry in Tobago.
Monitored and supervised the construction of new Fishing Centers around Tobago.
Monitored and Supervised research projects on the marine resources in Tobago.
Represented the Tobago House of Assembly on the Committee to review Fisheries Act
