MST associates' main responsibility is to maintain the visual appearance of the store. They make sure the things customers need are on shelves and in the right place, make room for new items and ensure the store looks grand opening ready every day

• Provided accurate answers and solutions to customer concerns, inquiries and complaints.

Like other clerk associates throughout the store, meat clerks assume responsibility for tasks specific to the department in which they work. Job duties include cutting, weighing, and wrapping various meats for customers. Meat clerks also replenish display cases and clean the department.

• Restocked products based on available inventories and customer demands.
• Cut meats to customer specifications and answered questions about specialty products.
• Operated saws and slicers to cut meat, using safety protocols and procedures to avoid accidents.

Responsible for bagging groceries, assisting customers with loading groceries into their vehicles and retrieving shopping carts from the parking lot. Courtesy Clerks also maintain the cleanliness of their work area and return items to shelves as needed.

• Liaised with customers, management and sales team to better understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
