I was recommended to Kenz after an unfortunate pipe incident in my house. They came in next day and had the full water damage mitigation set up. James and his team had their hands full here but completed an absolutely STUNNING full kitchen, laundry room and dining room renovation as well as laying two more extra rooms worth of floor in about a month!!! I even changed the layout of the entire kitchen and there was nothing they couldn’t tackle. BIG RECOMMEND!

When I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom. KCS came out the same day and began the mediation process preventing further damage. They did a beautiful job renovating the bathroom and garage where the leak caused damage ( under Kenz.) They worked with my insurance company as well. From the owner to the office manager to the crews, Kenz did a first class job. Highly recommend them for your restoration needs.

I recently worked with KCS water damage destroyed my floors and part of my walls. I had a great experience with the whole team from Jessica and Ken doing the initial assessment to Drew and Derek completing the work. They used quality products at a reasonable price and good craftsmanship. They completed the work in a timely fashion. I will be using them for future projects and would highly recommend them.
