Interns mentored within the Office of the Director of the Defense Programs’ Office of Human Capital and Business Operations (HCBO) was challenged by participation in research leading to revisions in strategic thinking about the future of HCBO and ways to operationalized and implement suggested changes to all four of its divisions: Business Operations, Logistics, Human Resources and Performance, and Employee Engagement and Training.
