• I've Had the opportunity to work in a variety of bar venues across the country. From Who-Song & Larry's in Vancouver Washington where each well had four blenders for each bartender, to Jake's Famous Crawfish in Portland Oregon where everything was fresh. We had nothing on a gun. Juices were fresh squeezed and the menu was printed each day because the restaurant has their own seafood label and the fish arrived daily. I have also been a flash bartender for T.G.I. Friday's on a company passport, traveling across the country to other units to show the Friday's concept of entertaining while working.
