• Coordinate and plan the total structure of all new runs/jobs for all drivers based of the planned miles to run provided by scheduling three times a year. Present the final structure to both Senior Leadership and Union committee for each run bid process.
• Add or remove and plan relevant bus schedule changes including driver tours, station stops and make any adjustments to driver’s jobs as needed
• Compile statistical data for senior leadership as well as relevant stakeholders for all KPIs and compare against current state vs planned state
• Provide daily communication and guidance to field leadership and assist in procedural decisions
• Monitor and manage driver employee status changes including intercompany transfers and adjust all affected bus runs to reduce impact to customers.
• Plan all driver’s vacations to fit the business needs based on percentage of drivers allotted to be off in each location, as well as setting up and coordinating the vacation bidding process.
Lead and dispatch assignments and assigned drivers on a day-to-day basis for the entire country
