Started out as a Field Technician for the New Orleans area.

Installed/Supported Equipment:

• various types of printers/scanners
• SDWAN, Cisco routers, switches, VPN Concentrators and related network equipment
• HP servers, IBM servers, NAS Servers and various other servers for CRM and IPT installs.
• Cisco and Polycom IPT handset deployments.
• Performed wireless site surveys for Access Point placement using Fluke Aircheck and Ekahau.

Maintained company vehicle and submitted mileage monthly.

Maintained storage unit and vehicle inventory.

Promoted to Branch Manager in 2014.

Responsibilities:

• Managed a team of up to 9 direct reports for Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
• Territory realignment occurred. Managed the same number of field techs for Alabama, Florida, and Georgia.
• Maintained open lines of communication between upper management and field personnel, facilitating smooth information flow throughout the organization.
• Monitored team performance to assess training requirements and areas in need of improvement.
• Assisted in recruiting, hiring and training of team members.
• Handled problematic customers and clients to assist lower-level employees and maintain excellent customer service.
• Attended daily meetings with clients to discuss install timelines and Field Service needs and responsibilities.
• Scheduled technicians for installs using Shared Calendar on Office 365.
• Released non-networked peripherals and scheduled installations with tech and client contact for add-on contracts.
