- Work closely with Supervisors, Group leaders, and Planners to insure unexpected CRITICAL jobs are able to have a machine, material, gages, and an operator available to run that Job, allowing our customers to get the order on a timely manner.
- Organize the department daily by placing Set-up operators with machines that have critical parts in need of being Set-up, Insuring we use the temporary labor force to the most efficient capabilities for the department, and communicating with other departments like Material Handlers and Quality Control to plan our needs through the shift.
- Training is a daily task when insuring temporary employees have the necessary knowledge and abilities to operate machines safely or orderly. This includes learning and understanding how to load and unload each machine, communicate with Material handlers to collect needed material, and read our Job sheets in order to organize materials at the machine with their proper ID's and quantities.
- Assisting other machinists with set-up and troubleshooting of CNC machines.

- I would schedule, plan, and execute interviews with applicants looking to join our team. This would often mean coming in several hours early to prepare questions and address the needs of the team.
- I was responsible for creating employee schedules. This was achieved by paying close attention to Town events, School sport games, and employee availability, to insure we have the employee workforce for customer needs on each shift of each day in a given week
- Managed inventory control, cash control, and store opening and closing procedures.

- While at Poly Management, I was nominated for 'Manager of the Year' for all stores in Northern Indiana. This nomination, based on my dedicated work at my local store, was a testament to the recognition and appreciation of my coworkers, mentors, and leaders.
- I was honored with the opportunity to develop a company-wide training position for all Polly Management stores. This role involved collaborating with my former mentor and a select group of seasoned store managers to standardize new-hire training across all locations. Recognized for my deep involvement in supporting employee growth and helping them find their niche within our team, the offer was testament to my skills. Despite declining to embark on a new professional journey and hone my abilities in a fresh environment, I shared comprehensive feedback and insights to aid their initiative.
