• Construction of instruments carried out via clean room in a low humidity environment using basic hand tools.

• Use of GDP and cGMP for documentation practices and ISO procedures in medical devices• Analyze production schedules, staying up to date on training records and help to identify safety concerns

• Operation of Fanuc Machines and HMI Interface to ensure electrode quality and ISO standards

• Assembly of fuel cell power plants start to finish

• Wiring, Megger testing and use of inspection tools

• Machine Operation with Okumas and use of Cm Ms for tolerance

• PH and Viscosity check on ink for electrodes and making adjustments when needed

• Training of new employees in assembly and machine operation

● Working on Conveyer belt sorting packages

● Sorting mail into correct zip codes for delivery

● Ensuring correct labeling for shipment boxes
