In my current role as Executive Assistant to the Head of School at Silverwood School, I serve as a central hub for daily operations, managing complex calendars, coordinating logistics, and ensuring clear communication across the campus. I take pride in supporting both leadership and the broader school community by organizing events, streamlining processes, and promoting initiatives that enhance student wellness and engagement.

What I'm most proud of is my growth within the school, starting as a Teaching Assistant and being promoted into this leadership-facing role due to my ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and adapt quickly. I consistently look for innovative solutions and take initiative to improve how things operate, which has allowed me to thrive as a trusted and proactive leader within our campus community.

• Oversee complex information systems and record-keeping for the Head of School, ensuring 100% accuracy in institutional documentation and campus-wide communications.
• Coordinate internal and external events in collaboration with the Director of Advancement, supporting planning, setup, and execution.
• Developed and implemented standardized filing and retrieval systems to improve departmental efficiency and ensure ease of access to critical school data.

What I'm most proud of is building a strong team through effective coaching and training while leveraging and executing a store marketing campaign, enhancing community awareness and increasing in-store traffic to drive sales.

I spent several years mentoring and instructing Middle and High School aged students through a performing arts program. I worked with several different groups and as many as 70 students in a single year. This position taught me how to effectively convey information to other people, as well as how to adjust my leadership and instructional strategies in order to suit many different types of learners and personalities.

My responsibilities within this program also allowed me to exercise my creative strengths through the creation of several performance pieces throughout each school year.

As the Cafe Supervisor I ensured all guests at Silverdale Hotel had memorable, positive experiences through attentive service and personalized interactions. My duties included team leadership, schedule and logistics management, and profit maximization.

• Rebranded entire store, enhancing signage, graphics, product presentation, and direct mailers to elevate customer engagement.
• I brought in new vendors and developed many productive relationships within the Kitsap community.
• Acted as informal concierge for out-of-town guests, providing local insights and recommendations to enhance their stay.
