In 2022, my supervisor submitted a commendation and I received a Bright Star Award for assisting with saving the life of an inmate who was actively having a heart attack on the recreation yard. I gave pertinent medical triage information to the responding medical staff. I was able to keep the individual calm, talking, and obtained his medical history to relay to the medical team.
In 2022, the subordinates on my team submitted a commendation and I received a Professionalism award for leading my subordinates in a manner which promoted teamwork, harmony, personal accountability, desire for self improvement, and willingness to teach others.
In 2025, my supervisor submitted a commendation and I received a Professionalism Award for my response and coordination of emergency services during a fire in an area of our job location.
