Roomed patients, vitals, EKGs, collected data and put into EMR system. Triage patients. Did injections, vaccinations, and school physicals along with many other duties. Was DOT and BAT certified.

Worked at multiple locations depending on the work load and for however many weeks/months the job entailed. Worked with a cardiology office in Bedford, then PCP office in North Fort Worth then Tarrant County til end of November when started a full time position with Urgent Care.

Pre-charting charts for doctors by collecting data, labs, procedures, tests and H&P. Roomed patients, obtained vitals and data to input into EMR system such as medication, allergies, social, medical and surgical histories, immunizations and other required information at each visit. Worked in Coumadin clinic (educated pts if needed and lab draws if too high in INR). EKGs and Orthostatics. Loop recorder education and vitals done for procedures pre and post. Event monitors attached, educated, registered and transmissions done for each pt that required them. Refilled statins and HTN medications for all patients via the EMR system Answered phones for nurses station (some ambulatory)

Certified to tests all students with hearing and vision screenings.
