Kevin Clobes

This position requires me to assist three vice presidents and one development manager at a TV production company in the unscripted department. My duties include but are not limited to screening calls, responding to direct messages, transcribing meeting minutes, reaching out to potential talent for upcoming shows, assisting with talent on set, logging footage for post-production and maintaining the schedules of four company executives.

This position entailed working with the field producer to direct scenes and build story. I also worked with the showrunner and network executives to coach talent through story beats and am in charge of keeping track of the story log.

This position consisted mainly of transcribing scenes. I worked closely with the field producer, showrunner and network executives to ensure that the points on the beat sheets were met. I also was in charge of transcribing everything that occurred while taping. I was asked to fill in as a talent assistant and segment producer when we traveled for all-cast trips.

Evolution Media is a production company responsible for producing popular unscripted television shows. I performed a wide variety of tasks such as addressing matters of internal supply, maintaining the stage area and digitizing media. I also performed administrative duties including running the call center, setting up edit bays and managing the mailroom.

This was a production assistant job for a daytime talk show. I was responsible for the day-to-day management of the show's guests, administrative duties in the office, set assistance and market research.

Vampr is the world's largest social networking app for musicians. I was in charge of content creation, digital marketing, social media marketing, advertising campaigns, community outreach and event planning. I helped grow the app's user base from just 250 users to over 500,000.

In my time at More FM, I performed everything from administrative duties to setting up community events where the station was present. I also managed the company Facebook page and constantly traveled in order to represent the station and interact with our listeners. I eventually became the assistant to the Head of Promotions, Christian D'Antonio.
