• Manager of Spearville elevators holding up to 900000 bushels. I acquired all my test and licenses within 3 ½ months. I had never worked in a grain elevator before so due to previous manager’s retirement, I had to learn the complete operation of the elevators as well as maintenance in a month’s time. I am a quick learner. I also work with the fuel stations keeping them running in our locations and ran the anhydrous plant in Spearville until we had to retire it in 2023.

• Worked in a cow/calf operation and drove a truck hauling grain and live cattle.

• Began as a driver and within a month was moved to a supervisor position for the rental equipment and trucks. My duties included pushing trucks, paperwork for each job/driver’s time and maintenance logging on trucks. I assisted the district manager which included setting up job sites, completing invoices/tickets, and communicating with companies we worked for.

• Began as driver and quickly moved to head driver. Then was appointed to equipment manager. Duties consisted of maintenance, record keeping and delivery of all rental equipment to each location and set-up per job. Then I was appointed to area supervisor. My duties consisted of pushing trucks, invoicing, job set-up and managed a crew of 17 drivers and 2 mechanics. While supervisor I improved the jobs work orders and time.

• I did landscaping, lawn service and handy-man work in surrounding communities in Oklahoma then in Kansas.

• Trained new employees to learn new systems, apply best practices and comply with protocols and regulations.
• Maintained a safe working environment through adherence to safety protocols and regular site inspections.
• Ensured timely completion of projects with effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
• Checked equipment to determine if maintenance was required.
• I also worked in the meter department wiring meters and meter heads and installing them in the field.

I always had a job cowboying or farming. Like to work outside and enjoyed working.
