Created, deleted and managed Active Directory accounts in an enterprise environment. Managed access to groups for training material for the TRANET unclassified and classified networks. Conducted workstation re imaging, BIOS configuration and added workstations to the Active Directory domain. Utilized preexisting and created Powershell scripts to query Active Directory to streamline workflows. Troubleshooting network issues by examining DHCP lease information, Domain Controller connectivity, and workstation connectivity with CLI tools such as tracert, ping, and nslookup.

• Provided Tier 1 support for the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI), the second-largest intranet in the world, resolving over 1,110+ hardware, software, and networking trouble tickets for military personnel and government contractors in a Windows Active Directory and Azure Cloud hybrid environment.
• Collaborated with Tier 2 support teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex software and network issues efficiently.
• Delivered fast, high-quality customer service in a high-volume, rapid-paced corporate help desk environment via telephone and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Supported team members with challenging tickets, leveraging teamwork to achieve timely and complete resolution.

• Configured VLANs on Cisco Catalyst 9300 switches using SSH via PuTTY for secure remote access and network segmentation.
• Pulled fiber optic cables into data centers and assisted splicing teams with light testing to validate signal strength and connectivity to fiber strands.
