- Services include constructability reviews, CPM Schedule review, claim negotiation, pay estimate preparation, material job guide schedule review and approval, engineer’s estimate preparation, field and design reviews, field level decisions and contractor quality control plan review and approval
- Responsible for 20 employees and assess long-term staffing level needs, scheduling and management of administrative and inspection staff, budgeting, and bi-annual employee evaluations
- Coordinate with the Florida Department of Transportation’s project management team, local municipalities and utility owners prior to during and following construction
- Chair all project related meetings and represent FDOT at public hearings
