Accomplishments

I wanted to share a key accomplishment from my time with Uncle Bob’s / Life Storage that reflects my performance and consistency as a Store Manager.

During my tenure, the company implemented a “STARS” program designed to measure store performance against core KPIs. Each STAR represented a quarter in which a Store Manager successfully exceeded performance expectations, including driving NOI growth. Achieving 5 STARS required surpassing KPIs in all four quarters, with the fifth STAR awarded for year-over-year success.

This recognition was highly competitive and reserved for top-performing managers across the company.

I’m proud to share that I achieved 5 STAR Manager status in both 2019 and 2020. At the time, I was the first manager in company history to earn this distinction in consecutive years—a reflection of sustained operational excellence, strong team leadership, and consistent business growth.
