Environmental construction monitoring on projects for ACE and NJNG, working with construction crews to ensure all environmental regulations are met, endangered species habitat assessments, assisting project managers with fieldwork and written reports.

Educate students and the public on the marine ecology in New Jersey, including beach ecology walks, net seining, mock dolphin/turtle strandings, and providing guided tours of the Marine Mammal Stranding Center Museum. Also, continued volunteer work at events after completion of internship.

Campaigned in neighborhoods around central New Jersey, going door to door to find support for the current cause Clean Water Action was working on, the EPA's budget. Spoke to 50-100 citizens daily to gain signatures, donations, and letters to local representatives.
