• Onboard carriers to provide dry van, flatbed, refrigerated, drayage, bulk, expedited, HAZMAT, and heavy haul services.
• Reaching out to potential customers via Salesforce, LinkedIn, e-mails and phone calls.

• Supporting dedicated sales team with RFQ's and spot quotes for new and current customers along with any methods to improve customer's supply chain and transportation.

On site at Harley-Davidson Motor Co. as a 3PL, supporting multiple facilities, including JIT Manufacturing, retail distribution, manufacturing suppliers, packaging suppliers, and cross-dock locations internationally and domestically.

• Support manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution with transportation modes such as parcel, truckload, LTL, FCL, LCL, air freight, ground expedites, and air charters.
• Book, track, and log all urgent shipments to support multiple Harley-Davidson locations.
• Provide shipment schedules to stakeholders through different types of reports depending on location and transportation mode.
• Measure carriers on time performance, capacity issues, and damage claims.
• Approve carrier invoices and verify they align with quotes provided prior to booking.
• Collect shipping data through invoicing and observe trends to increase cost savings.
• Communicate to Harley-Davidson Supply Chain Management and their suppliers on carrier changes and inquire on any carrier issues.
• Work with Trade Compliance team on any issues with importing carriers regarding customs.

• Processed Hazmat documents to air freight warranty powertrains to Harley Davidson dealerships.
• Provided support to Harley-Davidson dealerships regarding shipping questions on warranty engine returns.
