The individuals that are in the MSY program have some IDD, autism, and behavioral health disorders. I manage multiple assistant managers and over 70 employees. I complete administrative duties, clerical duties, payroll, scheduling, and frequent meeting with our team, families & outside entities. Also, I am familiar with overseeing individuals IST, OISP, and functioning under skill base treatment.
