In February, 2024 traveled to Barry Callebaut chocolate factory in Chatham, Ontario at request of Reinhard Peterson of Johnson Pump to assist with solving a Top Gear application issue. With help of team in Belgium, identified application issue and worked with team at Barry Callebaut to trim rotor and rebuild pump. Customer very satisfied with result.
