Hey My name is Keyshawn Gray. Over the past few years ive worked a few different jobs and even owned my own business. Ive been trying to figure out what best suits me, what I really have a passion for. As I began my job at the Erie County Juvenile Facility/NOCCF, I came to find I have a passion for working with youth. I find that I can relate to a lot of them being that I come from some of the same similar situations. I love to pull them to the side when I see they're having a bad day and help rise their spirit, I love to give them the knowledge that Ive learned over the course of my life going threw the situations Ive been threw. I feel like if any job suits me, working with youth to help them build theirselves and make it threw rough situations would be the one.
