As Military Police , my role was to enforce UCMJ, federal, and state law. My duties included LE patrol by car, foot, and utility vehicles; OJT with K9s; and random anti-terrorist measures. Special Reaction Team/SWAT responsibilities included responding swiftly to any critical calls for service at any time, providing enhanced security for large crowd events, and working with CID during investigations and evidence gathering. Personal achievements include organizing and providing security for GP, providing security for hazardous sites, and holding Platoon Sergeant Billet.

As a manager at Auto Bell Car Wash, I created the work schedule based on availability and store demands, monitored sales activities to ensure customers received satisfactory service, managed overall vehicle flow and production in a car wash operation, provided outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, ensured customer satisfaction by identifying and resolving customer inquiries and complaints, maintained Auto Bell Car Wash quality standards, recruited and hired car wash staff, trained and coached employees on car wash duties, monitored employee performance, and promoted and relieved workers when appropriate.

In addition, I was in charge of fixing all machines, chains, wires, and all technical and mechanical issues. I maintained car wash equipment, managed inventory of chemicals, towels, and other supplies, ensured that cold weather chemicals were used once temperatures dropped, maintained accurate records, and reported to achieve profitable goals. I successfully maintained sales averages and labor control, managed and maintained employee timecards to ensure accurate payroll, ensured timely paycheck distribution, and practiced safe working at all times for general safety of employees and customers.
