Managed new set up two Logistic and Living Style Vietnam entities on licensing, initial tax registration, bank opening, hiring accountant in charge, ERP implementation, during 2015-2018.
  • Being Business Partnership with cross - functional managers of HR for the interfaced employee payee data projects, developing internal financial policies, alerting potential PIT tax risks and other ad- hoc reports. Monitor and Liaison with IT, Administrative managers for three -year Office Renovation Projects and IT Equipment purchased.

• Tax:
  • Deep knowledge in tax kinds of Vietnamese VAT, CIT, WHT, Transfer Pricing transactions (related parties). Being a key tax contact point with Ho Chi Minh Tax Authority from 2009 until 2022.
  • Work closely with Group Tax Team to address any queries, to approach external consultants for application and prepare Transfer Pricing documentation with PWC & EY.

  - 2018 - Started up new Trading entity (Exporting Service provider) Coordinated with Local Firm for legal licensing documents and tax registration, bookkeeping, ledger maintenance for 2018 and handover, coaching to new member. (In-charge of Finance and Accounting set up first 1 year, ERP, banking, VAT declaration).
  
  - 2016 -2017 - Started up new Warehouse Storage Service Provider – Coordinated with Local Firm for legal licensing documents and tax registration, bookkeeping, ledger maintenance for 2015 – 2017 and handover, coaching to new member. (In-charge of Finance and Accounting set up first 2 years, ERP, banking, VAT declaration… Responsible as Chief Accountant).
  
  - 2017 - Successfully developed Vietnamese Accounting Financial Statements and Ledger Reports in JD Edwards with Oracle developer, Hong Kong project team and SEA Hub Manager with 2 team members – project took near 4 months -launched Sep 2017. Can save 50% workload of F&A member can reduced it from Sep 2017.
  
  - 2016 -2017 Global automatically interfaced staff claim, staff advance, equipment purchase from E-Form system to ERP and make payment directly to Bank. Can save near 50% workload F&A member can reduced it from Sep 2017.
  
  - Serviced to over 200 travelling employees (among 350 staffs) in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh Offices. Staffs travel all the time over provinces.
