Worked in the Design-in Engineering team to complete the following:

• Optimized a wide array of lighting driver data, including total harmonic distortion and power factor correction adjustments, for OEMs and consumers.
• Spearheaded presentations for Signify in horticultural lighting, introducing novel methods of automation and lighting to drive focus towards smart automated lighting/farming systems as a near-future opportunity.
• Introduced a novel method to verify OEM and customer satisfaction from a 3-year database to conduct NPS score analysis to chart performance trends.
• Analyzed and presented Department of Energy lighting reports for the North American engineering teams to provide insights into market trends, current and future opportunities for growth, and large-market opportunities for proprietary smart lighting and LiFi systems.

Awarded 1st Place for Senior Design project, where I worked in a team to create and automate a vertical farming system by:

• Establishing an array of Raspberry Pi computers to read several sensors, analyze and plot data, and respond to changing conditions in the farm.
• Programmed with team in Python to have the computer array read and respond to live data.
• Created a complex relay system to respond automatically to live conditions including temperature (ambient and plant), humidity, pH water balance, growth medium moisture, and lighting conditions via a DMX driver for germination,growth, and flowering phases to maximize yield.

Worked as a staff advisor who:

• Introduced novel outreach initiatives in targeted outreach, person-to-person, and location-based approaches that lead to 18% financial growth in Illinois fundraising.
• Rapidly grew financial donations to the presidential campaign in Illinois via the use of fund raisers, dinners, speeches, large group outreach, and individual person-to-person outreach.
• Drove a small-group outreach campaign, giving 70 speeches in 80 days to increase voter turnout in Ohio, where voter turnout increased in some areas by over 10%.
