Direct competitive divisions of the youth academy including Boys MLS Next, Girls Development Player League, Select Teams, and Jr. Academy CPL Teams.

Oversight and implementation of game models for 11v11, 9v9, and 7v7 competitive travel teams.

Execute evaluations, team and roster formations, league and tournament play, for all teams in the competitive levels for the club.

Execute exceptionally fun, skill based, mentally challenging training sessions for entry level to regionally competitive level players.

Communicate with and develop relationships for a lifetime with young soccer families.

Design, implement, organize, execute summer and winter camps and skills training.

Assisted the Head Coach with development of game models for the team.

Executed daily training sessions to prepare the team for matches.

Advised and mentored players athletically and holistically to create enjoyable and memorable college experiences.

Grew the club from 500 players to just over 1000 in the first 5 years in the role.

Graduated over 100 players to the collegiate level of the game.

Oversaw the most successful period in the clubs history winning dozens of State Championships, placements in Region 3 Championships, and National Tournaments.

Mentored and directed 30+ coaches each year.

Coached up to 3 teams per season.

Implemented curriculum, training philosophies, and game models for all levels from 7v7 to 11v11.

Directed all camps and off season programming.

Assisted in club fundraising.

Attended and advised during municipality board meetings and recreation council meetings.

Served as an Olympic Development advisor for South Carolina Youth Soccer.

Entered the club and helped develop the highest level of league play the girls side of the club, the Girls Development Academy.
