My name is Kiara, and I am a dedicated college student majoring in Early Childhood Education, with the aspiration of becoming a Kindergarten Teacher. My passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning drives me to pursue this rewarding career.

With over three years of experience at Chick-fil-A, I honed my skills in customer service and teamwork, learning the importance of collaboration and communication in a fast-paced environment. This role taught me how to work effectively within a team and adapt to various challenges, qualities that are essential in early childhood settings.

Recognizing the need for a more fulfilling role aligned with my professional goals, I transitioned into a position with the Palm Beach School District as an Afterschool Counselor. This opportunity allows me to engage directly with children, helping to support their emotional and educational development. I enjoy creating a positive, inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued and inspired to grow.
