- I started as a entry level three tech that assisted the other techs my time ended end the R&D Lab with the ability to perform all aspects needed to make a composite missile casing or any other light weight composite structure. Task included impregnating carbon fiber cloth mat and cutting necessary patterns to the correct size and shape in the process, perform press mold operations including ramp speeds and cure programing specified in standard operating procedure, operating a CNC Multi Access Winder for putting impregnated carbon fiber roving onto our assembled mandrel, programed autoclave cures, performed all fabrication processes associated with building light weight composite parts.

Created a system for tracking all safety related task to ensure timely completion at the time this was implemented there were a large quantity of task that had been open for an extended amount of time this system I created generated on - time completion dates that contribute to the companies quarterly gain share. After the success of this program I was invited to present our Journey on our improvement from a previous year of a large quantity of injuries to only two minor recordable injuries the following year. This still today remains a crucial part in the continuous improvement of our safety management system
