• Preparing, setting up, and attending to the salad bar, striving for freshness and cleanliness for the students enjoyment of a healthy option.
• And preparing ornate fruit trays, cheese trays and numerous salads for catering events held throughout the campus.
• Help out in other areas where needed such as specialty bar prep cook, deli station, rotisserie chicken station, omlete station or any where needed in the kitchen.
• Operated ovens, grills and steamers to prepare vegetables, rice, meat and potatoes.

Volunteered at El Shaddai Orphanage in Eswatini (Swaziland), Africa.

• Tutored children in their school work.
• Helped lead Bible studies for teen girls.
• Also helped in kitchen work, attended to the garden, cleaned pig pens, and helped the community by doing road work.

• Planted high volumes of seeds, bulbs and transplants with careful attention to detail to assure accuracy and high productivity.
• Helped where needed in and around the green house and campus including transporting plants with the greenhouse van.
