• Adjusting Commercial General Liability and Auto Bodily Injury claims including primary and excess layers. Over the years I have adjusted a variety of claims for different lines of coverage but at this time, my primary claim load consist of complex injury litigated files. I handle all aspects of the claim handling process from inception to settlement working in conjunction with defense counsel to reach a resolution. My responsibilities include drafting a variety of coverage letters specific to the claim. I regularly attend mediations remotely and work to come to an agreed settlement with all parties addressing all cross claims and confirming all further exposure to our clients have been resolved. I consistently maintain a 100% closing ratio.

My responsibilities included adjusting auto injury and property claims. I was able to demonstrate proficiency in all the programs needed to provide customers with a range of services throughout their claims experience. I completed detailed claim investigations to determine coverage, finalize liability and rule out any possible risk transfer opportunities. I regularly researched applicable state laws and any potential immunities or defenses that may apply.

• Attended a multitude of classes both online and in a classroom setting to further my job knowledge and continue to grow in my position.
